In my consulting role, I worked across Latin American and North American markets, gaining deep insights into the distinct challenges and needs of each client. This experience allowed me to contribute to multiple stages of the design process, collaborating closely with users, product teams, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

I also had the opportunity to work across diverse industries — including healthtech, fintech, hospitality, and global technology companies — broadening my perspective and strengthening my ability to design for different markets and business contexts.

2024
Integrated Energy Company
A global leader in bioenergy, the challenge presented by the client was to create a product from scratch focused on a digital wallet, primarily used by fuel stations across Brazil and other Latin American countries. In this project, I was responsible for facilitating business understanding aligned with the product; building, implementing, and analyzing perception and usability tests; structuring the platform architecture; and designing the MVP.

The outcomes included a better understanding by users of fuel purchase and consumption, as well as higher adoption of the company's loyalty and credit program.

US Primary Care Medical Center for the Elderly
An American healthtech company known for its VIP care services for the elderly, with a strong focus on disease prevention. My main responsibilities included understanding the product, structuring the platform for doctors, and redesigning the visual interface.

The value delivered through the product development included: improved accuracy in doctors’ medical record creation, clearer visualization of patient histories, and enhanced management of private visits and follow-ups.​​
Multinational Technology Company
In the first project with the client, I focused on creating a cross-device experience. I was responsible for the structuring and visual design of the product, which aimed at integrating two or more devices to create a unified brand vision and product consistency.

The second project aimed at developing a platform for managers, developers, and QAs to maintain, monitor, and optimize registered machines. This product became the main software and hardware management tool for companies. My responsibilities included business alignment, product structure, usability testing, junior designer oversight, and visual design.
​
Finally, in the third project, I applied design guidelines for virtual reality and motion-based interactions, with the goal of creating a fully immersive entertainment platform.
